Home Select International presents this charming holiday home located on the quiet Noguera Street in Empuriabrava. A Mediterranean-style property, ideal for a relaxing stay by the canal, featuring a private pool and mooring, perfect for enjoying the sunny Costa Brava climate.

At the entrance, a sliding gate opens to space for parking at least two vehicles. A sunny terrace welcomes you — a lovely spot to enjoy the morning sun or a peaceful coffee. From here, a small passage leads to the patio, where the washing machine is located.

Inside, the house offers simple yet functional spaces, with a warm and homely atmosphere. The small entrance area, with a sofa bed and wardrobe, leads to the bedrooms. On the left, there is a double bedroom with a large bed (150x190), bedside tables, lamps, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, sink and WC. On the right, there is a second bathroom with shower and sink, and another bedroom with two single beds (80x200), wardrobes and views of the front garden.

The living room is bright and features a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a TV with French channels. To the right, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and blender. A breakfast bar with stools adds a relaxed touch for casual meals.

From the living room, you can access the covered veranda, furnished with a table, chairs, armchairs and a sofa — the perfect spot to unwind in the shade or enjoy a drink at sunset. This area opens onto the spacious terrace, featuring a private 4 x 8 m pool, outdoor shower, and a table with parasol for al fresco dining. Sun loungers invite you to relax while taking in the beautiful canal views. At the far end, a 14-metre mooring is ideal for boating enthusiasts.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for €25 per person.
No groups of young people are accepted.
One small dog allowed (supplement €50).
