The dining area features a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker). From this inviting space, you can access the third bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and offering direct access to the sea-facing terrace, as well as a second bathroom with a shower. The dining room also opens onto a pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying stunning sea views.

The apartment benefits from three air conditioning units for optimal comfort in all seasons: one is located at the entrance, the second in the living room, and the third in the south-facing master bedroom with its sea view.
