The Aloha Goertz villa stands out for its contemporary design and generous living spaces. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms equipped with double beds (150×190 cm) and two private bathrooms. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer absolute comfort with (150×190 cm) beds and high-end equipment. All bedrooms have reversible air conditioning.
The bright and airy living room opens onto a magnificent landscaped garden and a sunny terrace. You can enjoy a swimming pool on the canal side, a friendly outdoor lounge, ideal for cooling off in hot weather.
Ideally equipped: swimming pool with 4 sun loungers, outdoor lounge, free Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture and barbecue, canal view, direct access to the canal pontoon 11,50 m x 3 m on narrow canal, air conditioning throughout the property, private parking. Stag and hen parties and other similar parties are prohibited in this establishment. Prohibited groups of young people (25+) and Goertz reserves the right not to welcome them upon arrival.
Sheets and towels are included in your rental for stays of 7 nights minimum. For stays of less than 7 nights a mandatory supplement will be requested per person of 25.-€. (beach towels are not provided).

View moreLa villa est très belle. Elle est de construction très récente. Elle est conforme à la description. La climatisation est efficace. La piscine est grande. Le quartier est calme. Je recommande ce logement.

Pasamos un fin de semana en la casa y fue genial, la piscina frente al canal y la vista es hermosa! En Goertz nos recibieron muy bien, dejando todo super claro y manteniendose disponibles en todo momento - me olvidé una campera en la casa y fueron super gentiles en ayudarme a recuperarla. Algunas cosas no funcionan de forma tan fluida ya que Goertz es una agencia y es mejor pasar por ellos directamente que por Airbnb - nos trataron de imponer una garantía, practica no alineada con Airbnb, una vez que aclaramos que no era parte de la forma de actuar fueron muy amables de no imponerla. Fue en total un gran fin de semana! Gracias!!
