Home Select International offers this charming and cozy apartment for rent, located just a few metres from the beautiful Empuriabrava beach, in a small building with spectacular sea views. This accommodation is ideal for couples or small families looking to relax and enjoy a quiet, pleasant environment.
To reach the apartment, you enter a private plot with three three-storey buildings, and walk to the end along a stone path. Once there, you go up some stairs, and you’ve arrived.
On entering, to the left, you will discover a bright living room thanks to the large windows that open onto the terrace. You will find a comfortable sofa, a television with French channels, and a dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and electric hob – perfect for preparing your favourite meals.
In the hallway there is a full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. A little further ahead you will find the main bedroom, which has a double bed (140 x 190) and air conditioning, so you can relax in full comfort.
Enjoy your time on the furnished terrace with sea views, where you can breathe the fresh air and admire the privileged surroundings. The location is ideal: only five minutes on foot from shops and the centre, and 50 metres from the beach.
Please note that sheets and towels are not included, but can be rented for €25 per person.

Wij hebben hier een week lang echt fantastisch genoten met ons gezin. We reizen met jonge kinderen en dit appartement is daar perfect voor, alles is praktisch en comfortabel ingericht waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt. Suggestions or improvements: N.v.t.

C'est un appartement superbe, avec une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mar. L'appartement est très bien situé face à la plage et avec les commerces et restaurants tout autour. On peut laisser la voiture et faire tout à pieds. Un parking gratuit est juste au pied de la résidence. Suggestions or improvements: Il manque un four à micro-ondes et une plancha pour les beaux jours.

The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach, you can do everything on foot, no need to take your car !

View moreDe ligging is echt ideaal, het strand ligt op loopafstand en ook winkels en restaurants zijn dichtbij, wat het verblijf extra ontspannen maakt. Daarnaast konden we gewoon voor de deur parkeren, wat superhandig is met kinderen en bagage.
De keuken is compleet en fijn om in te koken en de douche is heerlijk, wat wij vooral een groot pluspunt vonden met kleine kinderen, is dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is echt een luxe tijdens een vakantie! Ook de vaatwasser is ideaal en maakt het verblijf nog comfortabeler.
Kortom; een schoon praktisch en fijn appartement op een toplocatie waar we met veel plezier hebben verbleven! Wij zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen en raden het absoluut aan aan gezinnen/koppels die Empuriabrava willen ontdekken zonder zorgen.
