This apartment with sea views and facing South, is located in the residential complex "Gran Reserva", with interior passages, plants and flowers, gardens and swimming pools surrounded by lawns (entrance to the swimming pools sold by the community not included in the rent ). As you enter the apartment on your right you will find two bedrooms. One of them overlooks a laundry room, and has a double bed. The other bedroom has another double bed and has a small balcony. In the hallway that leads to the dining room, you will find a complete bathroom with a bathtub. Upon reaching the dining room, on the right hand side you will find an equipped American kitchen. From the dining room you have access to the third bedroom that has a double bed and an exit to the terrace facing the sea. We also have another bathroom with a shower. From the dining room you also have access to the terrace with particularly beautiful views of the sea.
